Norwell are active in promoting healthy lifestyles both in and out of work. In addition to promoting staff participation in sports events throughout the year, Norwell are sponsors of Knockburn triathlon event which takes place at Knockburn Loch Aberdeenshire in June.
Norwell are also sponsors of International half Ironman triathlete Fraser Cartmell and Scottish International Taekwon-do athletes Alison Ogley and Samantha Merritt.
Fraser recently won the 2010 South African Half Ironman competition and has finished on the podium at the UK national event for the past 3 years.

Alison has represented Scotland at International competitions as has Samantha who took Bronze at the ITF European championships in Spain in 2009
